Processing Times



All orders are handmade or packed to order.


  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
    During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), please allow a little extra time.
    You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.






Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



We currently ship within the United Kingdom and offer tracked delivery options for your peace of mind.


UK Shipping:


  • Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail / Evri): £3.49–£4.99
    (2–4 business days once dispatched)
  • Free UK shipping on orders over £40



International Shipping (Optional – edit if not offered):


  • Standard International Tracked: £9.99–£14.99
    (Delivery time varies by destination, usually 7–14 business days)
    Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. LOVEABULL is not responsible for delays due to customs.






Delivery Issues



Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please check your tracking link first.

If it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 25 business days (international) after dispatch, contact us at [your email] with your order number so we can look into it.





Address Information



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

LOVEABULL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice an error after purchase, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
