📏 Essential Sizing Guide: Measure Correctly Before Ordering

Since all collars are made-to-order, all sales are considered final. Please do not guess your dog's measurements! We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements being taken.

Materials Needed:

• A flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.

• A ruler or a metal tape measure.

• 💡 If you don’t have a soft tape measure, we recommended using a piece of string. Cut the string after taking the measurement and then lay it down on a flat surface and measure it out with a metal measuring tape.

Step-by-Step Measurement:

1. Prepare your dog: Have your dog stand or sit comfortably but alert, with their head held high.

2. Measure the dog’s head: Measure the largest part of your dog’s head, which is usually around the jaw and in front of the ears.

• Make sure the tape or string is snug but not tight. Do not pull so tight that the fur bows out, and do not fit your fingers or extra space between the tape measure and fur.

Measure the dog’s neck: Take a second measurement around the neck, where you want your collar to sit relaxed. This is usually close to the base of the neck.

• Again, make sure the tape or string is snug but not tight. If your dog is extra fluffy, you may wish to add an additional 0.5 – 1.0 inches for comfort.

4. Record the measurements: Note down the two measurements in inches, making sure you know which is the head measurement and which is the neck measurement.
